MY 1ST STOCKING!!!!!!!

It's done!!! After 4 months of mistakes and knitting, and not really blood sweat or tears, but lots of patience, the first stocking of the new generation is now finished! It's not as good as grandma's but I'm hoping to improve. Anyway enough of my babbling, here's the front and back pictures so u can get a taste. I think my next project is gonna be little Gwenivere's stocking and I'll just go by family from oldest to youngest.

Knitting

Hey everyone,
So I'm super excited because I think I've finally learned everything I need to know about knitting in order to make grandmas stockings!!!

I've learned the stitch that grandma used (Stockinette stitch) and I know how to change yarns the way she did in the stockings, I think the rest of it is just dropping and adding stitches for the toe and heel.

Anyway dad is bringing me a copy of the pattern when he come's up for Christmas and I think I may have to buy some more supplies and learn how to crochet some bits from audge.

so Merry Christmas and hopefully by next year we'll have a few more stockings lol

Utah

For those of you who don't know I am in Utah now, I live with Nate and Ash in Layton, I go to singles ward and Institute, and I help take care of Maddi and work at Nate's State Farm office in Kaysville. I don't have any pictures because the only camera I'm around is Ash's and I don't have much to take pics of anyways. For an even better update, got to Nate and Ashley's family Blogg.

Ventura Solimar Beach

tI went to the Beach with a bunch of my friends today and we had a great time, I taught some people how 2 surf, and then I got a little time in for myself. I caught aa couple waves, but the waves weren't that great in the first place so to catch a couple was good for me. lol The top pic is what we saw on our way down and back from Ventura so it was a relief that it looked so beautiful at the beach where I took the pics of dad, I should get more pics soon hopefully so I'll post them here later.

Senior Sunset (wecouldn't see it)!

Before the dance I went to the Senior Sunset, but it was rainy and cloudy so we couldn't really see the sunset lol. anyway down at the bottom u will see a couple hilarious videos of my friend Tammie wrestling her boyfriend Travis, actually it's more like travis kicking her trash, but she likes to wrestle him so whatever lol.

Last High School Dance

The Luau Dance was a ton of fun. Palo Mariano was the DJ and I think he's the best we've ever had. I was able to Hang out with one of my best friends the entire night, I wevt on a cool rooftop adventure lol. and I got to dance to awesome music, over all I thin it was my favorite dance

America the Beautiful!

Our school kinda just threw together the music section of our graduation so they didn't have enough time to consider "for good" so instead I'll be singing America The Beautiful as an introduction.
